Hannah is getting ready for bed when she turns to see an armed man standing on the opposite side of the bed. Much to her horror, he explains that he is there to undress her, and warns her that she must let him do it. Frightened and mortified by the prospect of being naked in front of this stranger, she watches, almost paralyzed, as her removes her dress, her shoes, her stockings, and finally her panties. She expects the worse, but to her relief, the man then departs and leaves her lying on her bed.
