Tilly McReese is a medical doctor with a private practice. Patients come to her when more conventional approaches to their problem fail to work. Cassandra suffers with intense migraines and feel she has exhausted all of her options. Doctor McReese is her last hope. The doctor explains that she likes to take a holistic approach to all problems, and tells Cassandra she would like her to remove her clothes so that she may examine her completely naked. Cassandra is a little confused and asks what this could possibly have to do with headaches. She admits that she feels embarrassed at the prospect of removing her clothes in front of a stranger. Doctor McReese confidently reassures the girl that this is perfectly normal, and Cassandra reluctantly agrees to undress. After plenty of encouragement, Cassandra removes one item after another until she is left wearing only her panties. She is instructed to take them down, so an embarrassed Cassandra turns away from the doctor to do so, unaware that the so-called professional is leaning in an ogling her bottom as she does so.
